By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises of the event site you consent to being filmed and photographed and that your image may be used for promotional purposes.
You are welcome to bring a loveable companion but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
Some traders will be serving halal food but this information will not be available until closer to the event.
Allergen information will be available from the traders on the day. Please make any allergies known to food traders before purchasing and they will be able to assist you.
We have a huge selection of amazing traders selling delicious cuisines from around the Caribbean so bringing food & drink on to the site is prohibited.
There are no cash points on the event site, all traders will take card payments but we always advise attendees to bring some cash in case payment systems go down due to poor internet services.
Unfortunately, no customer parking is available on the event site or surrounding roads, we advise all attendees to walk to the events or take public transport.
